Fixed Selecting a preset in PlayerCustomization crashes the game

    This also happens when you try to reload your changes, or switch between the tabs.

    Cause:
    After selecting a preset duplicate entries are added to the dropdown which cause the game to crash, since duplicate entries are not allowed.

    Workaround:
    Don't touch anything now, just change your name and click the green button.

    Should be fixed in the upcoming v0.4.1!
