Just started up the game and it's so The Sims... I love it! xD Will give more of my opinion once I've had time with it.
Ok, so, in just my little time in it, I can see a ton of potential. I truely have only 3 things to say. 1. More options! So much is possible even with just adding one more option to each section. 2. Female genitalia. Even if it's just a slit or vulva visible. 3. The brush is still too large even on the lowest setting and to blurred even on the sharpest setting. Other than those 3 things, I have nothing else to say.
Well yeah. More body types, more face shapes, more cocks, etc. etc. That will come with time though, I know. But it doesn't hurt to mention it.
