Support Game starts and it doesnt work

The system I'm using is an acer aspire one d255E, the windows version 7 the ram is to be 2Gb and Im running the windows version. I was trying to start the game but the the trouble shoot page game up saying the game stopped working and it closes i was expecting the game to load up so i could play and it constantly happened so i proceded to do the whole installation procces again but it occur again.
